I thought it was a really good answer, but I'm still not sure he's right. More regulation by more bodies that can ultimately fall to regulatory capture as much as the ones we have is the right way to go. He did mention the sense of mission and raising sense of mission, which is I think is important. But then when he went into the details of, for example, the GDPR tend to be at the end of the day capture. So I think it's not so sure that that's a perfect solution.
