Is There a Nuance With Salt Restrictions?

There's been controversy in the literature that maybe salt restrictions should really be limited to people with documentad high blood pressure, or people and people who are over, like, 60 years old. Salt seems to raise blood a little bit easier in people who are older. And there's some such pays as suggests african americans may be a little more sensitive to salt as well.
