There has been a lot of conversation about layer one chains and the apps in the last one or two years. As this market evolves do you see a winner takes all situation or do you see more of an oligopoly policy situation? I think that it's too early to tell but over a 30 to 50 year time horizon there should be multiple L1s and scaling solutions, he says.
