The US Is Destroying Our Market
The October 7th controls around access to advanced fabrication equipment were basically presenting a failed concrete to the Netherlands and Japan. Some of those loopholes it sounds like the US government is moving afoot to close. But other loopholes may be harder there's all these offshore you know cloud based services sort of renting GPUs they're in third countries some of those countries are allies.
