You have to be very clear on your boundaries and kind of, unsparing in your protection of those boundaries. Otherwise people will just take up 100 plus percentage of your time running after things that they think are important. There's there'rs several lines of defence, honestly. I use a client called superhuman who do an even more aggressive job of filtering things into the low priority in box than g mal. And i block people like aggressively. If i receive one follow up to a coldy mal, i block their entire domain. No one from their organization is allowed to email me any more.
