Attachment trauma is a wound around our ability to be able to connect. Attachment styles are characterized by the things that we experienced when we were younger. And I've been working tremendously hard for the last 10 years on my attachment style from my disorganized childhood. 50% of the world's population has an insecure attachment, and I will say too much about gay men in this interview.
