Should You Push the Fat Man Off the Bridge?

In a thought experiment, you can push a fat man off a bridge and he'll block the train. The five people further down the track won't be hit but they will die. If you don't flick the switch, what happens is what happens? You're actively killing someone if you do that. In South Africa, we see lockdown approaches adopted all around the world. There's this capacity for states to tell citizens that they must quarantine themselves in order to save lives.
