The Appeal of Pseudo Historical Claims in Buddhism
There is an appeal in Buddhism, and I understand it, which I won't go into because the show isn't about Buddhism. To see to equate Jesus with Buddha sounds profound to a lot of people. But they cannot be equated. The world views are two, it's really two world views in contrast. Very importantly, as well, what we see happening today is a resurgence of pseudo historical claims.
