How to Draw Customers in to Your Business
A lot of our business comes in from the single family, bleed for homes and energy star market. We are doing MEP full-wimmy-p service for multifamily buildings now. That all came about because two years ago, I spent the whole entire summer traveling to affordable housing that had moisture problems so bad they were having to move tenants out. So unless it's a dry climate, if you're not watching what you're doing with your HVAC design, this is a big problem right now.
