The Slow Lanes: The Idea for Exiting From the Pandemic
The slow lane is almost the sacrificial lane, something that's going to be de-invested and not completely. It can tread water so that it can push your resources towards something else. The first category of projects that you're likely going to kill are those bets that you made pre-pandemic that you and I might consider to be risky. Those are examples of what we mean by the slow lane.
