Running for Me Is a Good Way to Get Competitive
i don't measure the runs at all in terms of uh time to get competitive with myself so i kind of decided that running for me is going to be this thing where i just go by feel is it possible to be that kind of runner and you know still have running as part of your life and be a good performer in running? It's totally fine to go and say i'm gonna run what feels good today.
