What's the Strategy of the Gospel Coalition?

There's an allergy to being too directly cross about trying to hit individual people. But strategy is a big word in these circles. Why start city to city when you have the gospel coalition going? It's not because, oh, the gospel coalition has a lot of baptists in it. And we have to do something Presbyterian, and the gospel coalition is inspired through having directories of churches. You know, they could have conceivably thought about some kind of network that could have been a planting agency of some kind.
