The Importance of GraphQL in Querying

GraphQL is a really effective way of cutting down on what otherwise would be like a very expensive query that you're just doing over and over. It's nothing about GraphQL forces you or even requires you to have any sort of graph database or even the idea of a graph behind it so it's perfectly valid and also encouraged to use Graphql when you might just have like a relational database behind it  or something like that. So I mean for me it sounds like there's probably two technically difficult areas one being the actual projections or like the actual backing database technology because then you have multiple projections which are all in one transaction.
