There's definitely some open signs here for seed oils or poofas. The two main concerns are the omega-3, the omega-6 ratio and it sounds like you're balancing the Omega-3s with something like algae oil. And then from a lot of these refined seed oils, there's a high oxidation risk there where those poofas turn into sort of like ox-sized forms that aren't necessarily great to build up your cell walls or your cell membranes.
