What's the Difference Between Real and Unverified?

A TikTok video that has over 5 million views and it shows buildings collapsing. Now people were saying that was footage taken in Turkey but instead it was footage of a controlled demolition in August 2021 in China. A similar one would be a footage that has been shared over 800,000 times on Twitter viewed again linking to the earthquake in Turkey. This time it shows security camera footage of a collapse of a residential building in Florida dating back to 2021 completely unrelated to the aftermath of the earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. People often share stuff in good faith and they might not realize that it's something that's old.
