Is There a Problem With EPC Ratings?
Changes are due for 20 25 for private reni properties to be rated ofa s. But not a lot's been done, so some brokers haven't really paid it any attention. Some landlords who have an increased in years know that they've just got good tanent andnthe market keep rents high. And they're not really bothered about making profit on the homes unless funding is available. Unless i think the private rent sector will be the one that's in the most reptile with all these green products or come into the market.
