How to Make Healthy Easy

The best people that I've seen get the best results with nutrition pretty much eat the same thing. You don't need to change your exercise every time you're at the gym and honestly I would say that it's detrimental to your results. The only thing that changes is the weight right so it's like it's easy for the muscles to learn  it's not easy to do because you're trying to get progressive overload and go up and wait but that's what you do.
