Hou: When you invoke this urgency and this war mentality that says, essentially, nothing else matters,. We have to sacrifice everything for the cause. That is the basic mind set of of war and of progress. Those who are among that which does not matter, we see what happens to them. They are the ones who are trampled on and marginalized.
