Sleep Issues - How Long Have You Been Suffering?

My main issue is getting off to sleep. I lie down as if my brain goes, bing! And it just won't let go. It's got so many friends at a similar age and we have similar issues. Some people can get to sleep but then they wake up in the night. Longer-term sleep issues are called chronic insomnia. Menopause can be a trigger for chronic insomnia. Let each of us needs to sleep for a different amount of time. We shouldn't get hung up about how long we're sleeping for. The best thing to do if you're going through that short period of struggling with your sleep is to do nothing. Your body all saw itself out
