I love the job. And im feel incredibly lucky and privileged to be able to do the job. It's a very tough job, i didn't imagine what it would feel like til i took the job. You're responsible for the final say, right? If things go wrong inside your company, your fault. Every ultimately, you can trace back every single issue in the company to being my fault at some point. I think if your goal is to be liked all the time, you just give people the sugar rather than the vegetables, right? Like if i gave my two year old everything he asked for for his dinner, he being a lot of ice cream, and he'd be happy
