The Importance of a Long Term Goal
If there are no clear or no realistic long term plans for sustaining or growing the business, I will probably need to find another job. When there is clear favoritism, usually based purely on personal opinion, I'm not going to last long in that position. Usually people who demonstrate clear favoritism either fail up or fail out. They don't stay in a single position for very long. So now let's transition a little bit to this whole section we call values. And these are some big ones.
