Conservatives Hate Row Because They Don't Support the Right to an Abortion
There's a misconception that a more intellectually defensible opinion would have been less susceptible to attack by conservatives, he says. Conservatives don't hate row because they are truly concerned with the excesses of a particular mode of constitutional interpretation - they hate it for what it stands for. No matter how you couched the argument for a right to an abortion, the conservative reaction was always coming. Trying to brain storm a snappy little argument isn't going to get you anywhere,. You'll be ing on a battlefield that doesn't exist, because they're not trying to beat you in a real argument.
