Dynastic Companies Aren't Created by Sprinting, Right?

Dynastic companies are created by treating people really, really well and doing the same thing in ever increasing quality over a very long period of time. It's like run as hard as you can and get a bang at the end, right? And the end is, its going to go to somebody else, and god knows whathey're ging to do with it. Or you continue on the trajectory. The business especialy the busnesss that we're getting involved in, that have done for a very long time, we're just adding tremendous resources they wouldn't have access to otherwise.
