Amiodarone is still my go-to dysrhythmic agent. Bicarb should be reserved only for those hyperkays and those sodium channel blocker, presumed cardiac arrest. I'm not sure what to make of the evidence in bicarb. We're going to talk about calcium shortly where I think the evidence is a bit clearer thanks to some great investigators.
