The Problem With Fractional Reserve Banking

I just want to be clear like it's not necessarily like if you put your money on deposit with a bank and you sign a contract that they can lend it out at whatever reserve ratio. The FDIC is there to pick up the pieces but I think they hold somewhere in the neighborhood of like 1% of the assets that they purport to cover. It would suck money out of fractionals or banks into these fours or banks so it's basically a Ponzi scheme right you're just trying to keep the Ponzi going as long as possible by keeping people in the system. In that way it is kind of tantamount to proof of stake I've actually said before I mean
