Social Proof and Self Confidence

The mask thing here in Japan, I think that's another part of it. That social proof is probably even more powerful in Japan than a lot of other countries. So everyone in the mask looks around. They see everyone else in a mask, so nobody wants to take it off. Conor McGregor is a great example of consistency and confidence. And you have to have the confidence to go against social proof.
