If you did a poll of the top 2,000 companies that you decided United States on American Day, our bet used, their board is 80% male, 80% white, 80% 55 or older. And so they choose to ignore the younger people because it's funny because they're challenging the way they think. Most organizations do not have common sense. Diversity is innovation. If somebody takes different to you, if somebody looksdifferent to you, they will help you think difference. I was asked to design a new retail dining and then send a complex, but unconscious in that.
