Make It Easy for People to Accept You

If you are dependent on co workers for their approval, then it's very important that your eccentricities need to be fairly muted. You want to make it as easy as possible for people to accept you as part of the group. Unless there is a personal career advantage to your being a freethinker of some kind, then make it easy for them to accept you.
