The Benefits of Gradual Forward Movement

Always start with the thing you at least want to do and get it out of the way. Give it your first energy and then the rest of the day is yours without guilt, recrimination or anything. One of the things I talk to my clients about is what you just described as saying, eating a frog. The benefit of those three goals is not to overwhelm you. It is to give you permission to parse your day out so that when you've done that 15 minutes, 20 minutes, half an hour of work, you're out of jail. You are essentially a growing learning developing human being.
