Do You Have a Difficult Conversation at Work?

I think when you get closer to the person, it's a lot more difficult. You know that you're going to need to work it out eventually. And i fenk that causes a lot of stress,. I understand that difficult conversations are part of what i do. It's actually my brand. But when you get home, this is supposed to be your refuge. This is where you're supposed to be safe. So i think, again, just understanding that difficulty and the that it's universally difficult, i think that's really important too.
