Meditation - Episode Two
A i invite you to join me from wherever and whoever you are. I like to close each episode with a short guided meditation. It doesn't matter whether you're washing dishes or walking around, sitting. Wherever you are, you can do this. Check in internally. What's going on right now? Are there a thousand thoughts? Is there buzzing energy in the chest or the hands? A sensation of cold, sensation warmth? Are you thinking about something? What you have to do later to day, or something that happened yesterday)? And then once you have a sense of that internal weather, begin to notice the way that the breath happens in the bodyit's different for everyone.
