The Real Estate Market Takes a Hit

One year ago, we were 6% less because I remember the growth in 2022 with 6%. The real estate market definitely took a bit of a hit towards the end of last year. We have seen a bit more churn than usual. But it's been three, four months, Ralph. Our net new MRR was negative. So people are getting a little more confident about where the market's going.
