Natasha Waricou is a professor of sociology at Tufts University. Wilbren: We need to look beyond elite higher education because the vast majority of people going to college are going to starting out in two year colleges and an even higher proportion of black, Latinx, Native American students are going to those kinds of institutions. Natasha: There'll be ways to still keep a racially diverse student body, even if you don't choose on race.
