Frederick bordin is the son of an algerian living in france. He was sent to live with his maternal grandparents when he was just five years old. At 12, frederick moved into a private facility for juveniles and lived there until he was 16. Frederick missed the comfort and care of the children's home so began to pose as various children,. creating fake aliases and moving from shelter to shelter around europe before his true identity was uncovered. In october 19 97, aged 23, phoned the local police in lanarez, spain telling them that he had come across a frightened tean ager in a phone booth who wouldn’t speak to him
