We are still assuming that that's women's s and we also want them to do men's jobs. And that is what is holding so many women back. So the next thing we do is to start focusing on the assumption that all workers will have care giving responsibilities at some point in their lives, either children, or if you choose not to have children,. It is the rare person that will not have caregiving responsibilities at somepoint in their lives. We simply assume that is an obligation of all human beings. Nobody raises a girl to day to say, no problem, sweetie. You'll just marry a nice man. He'll support you"
