i think change is hard, but i also think that change isn't impossible. So the whole idea here is that you'll have to think about incentives. And if you install that kind of system so that you are in control of the incentives, then, you know, in theory, everything sort of sorts itself out. Everybody does the new right, selfish thing for themselves and actually the right solution emerges,. which is that pollution m is reduced.
