There are other factors to consider besides the glycemic score. Some pastas do have less than a 55 glycemic score, but that's not going to be something you should be really consuming outside of those cheat days. I personally love having cherries after lunch. It's sweet. It gets my sugar craving gone and it's pretty dang healthy for you.
