In this interview, Kyriakos connected with Wulf Glatz, the founder of CORE, to discuss his wearable technology that tracks the core body temperature to optimize athlete performance. Here are some of the highlights of the conversation:  Glatz explains that unlike skin temperature, which varies a lot, core temperature gives a reliable measure of someone's physiological state. He shares a pivotal moment - watching athlete Sarah True collapse from heat stroke at the 2019 Ironman World Championship. This showed the need for better heat safety in sports.
