General Anesthesia - What Are Your Go to Drugs?
The most important thing that we do aside from amnesia and analgesia is creating safe surgical conditions. Most commonly used is rachironium, intubate, and then the patient will either go on volatile anesthetic. We commonly use SIBO fluorine or DES fluorine for laparoscopic surgery. There's a lot of different medications that go into doing that.
