The Joy of Doing What You Love

When I demand and withhold from myself the joy of doing whatever is arising within me because I am terrified that other people aren't going to understand it, how well do I even understand it? they may like it or not. They may understand it or not - I don't know. Now you can loosen and lighten this whole thing. Here's what this will do. This will ground you in the now. And now is where the joy is. Joy is not back there. And joy is not up ahead there. The joy, the satisfaction, the peace is here because it's the only place you can ever actually be. That's regret. It gets stuck in the future. W
