Introduction
Andy Tracey says most people don't realize how busy and distracted their mind is, because that's become their natural state. He suggests a 30-minute meditation where you sit at the wall and just deal with what comes up. Most people can't handle that; it's hard to stop your mind from being in constant rumination. The goal obviously isn't to stop that: It's just to realize that that's happening.
