The E-Triple P and Youth Development

In 1998, Howard Wilkinson and the FA had the charter for quality. That was the inception of academies at Peter B United. The E-triple P has taken it onto another level with fabulous facilities. We can't afford to take risk in Premier League like we do in other leagues. But if a club is financially stricken or you've got a load of injuries, that's when young players tend to get their chance.
