The thing that's really worked for me personally is to carve out space for what i'm axel and at and hire great team members to manage everything else even early. At our current scale the data isn't yet that helpful so it's really like i look at my inbox it's like who do i need to respond to right now? And then i've been able to even at small team scale hire in a way that lets me do kind of my dream job right now those were kind of the things i did at dor dutch but i had to deal with everything else tooright because you're just part of this big organization tons of people management too.
