Temoxifine, which we talked about before for breast cancer is a thermostlactive estrogen receptor modulator. It acts like an anti-estrogen in the breast, but it acts like an estrogen in bone and the uterus. So it can block the estrogen, sit in the pocket, but block the estrogen receptor. Like a soy ice or flavone sort of. Sort of, sort of.
