What Is This Blue Pyramid?
Fascinating guy named jigod o'connell. Who could throw all the big guys in smile at the same timeri, exactly changed a lots in japanese government. So he gives you this pyramid, a prees t a little bit onp what it might possibly mean. Thet is a a blue it's like almost a mixture of scot re sky blue, like a bluebird blue with a a bit of electric blue mixed in. And it's sort ofa smoky vapour that's floating around inside this glass pyramid.
Jack Kornfield (@JackKornfield) trained as a Buddhist monk in the monasteries of Thailand, India, and Burma, shortly thereafter becoming one of the key teachers to introduce Buddhist mindfulness practice to the West. He has taught meditation internationally since 1974.
