YPO Forums - Intent

I learned this thing a while back around intent. If you think about conflict, we talk about conflict a lot in YPO forums and stuff. A lot of times misinterpreted conflict because they didn't look through a lens of intent. And so I've seen this in our business and I try to course corrected and have these conversations. It's the construct of structure has made us elevate these egos.
