The End of Day Protocol for the Front Office
Everybody is responsible for making fine phone calls per day to get that reactivation and recall list going. If that ever runs short, then we start calling on uncompleted treatment plans or people who haven't started yet. We take that list and we divvy it up between everybody on the team, back office, front office, and hygiene as well. For example, let's see. Let's do front office. Number one, routing slips need to be created for next day's patients. Confirmation calls for patients not directly confirmed.
