The repo rate is when you are trying to get funding and you bring collateral to the table, right? Because let's say you want some cash to meet your business needs over the next day to week or whatever it is. You can see in this chart that I posted in Telegram, these spikes that happen. So every once in a while, there is contagion in the plumbing or a blockage in the plumbing,. And it immediately spikes the price.
