How to Choose the Right Property for Your Portfolio
It's amazing how many people have heard from over the last six months, sort of complaining about these properties that they've got. They're causing all these problems and maybe I should offload it now. When the market's frothy, it's a good time to sell if you're considering reallocating your portfolio. For me, the whole monopoly strategy is not sell and cash out, it's sell and reinvest and selling more units to invest in less units. So those units will be of a higher price point. There was a window for doing this and a lot of people missed it.
