CNN's John Sutter says he thinks Elon Musk already knew he was stepping down as CEO of SpaceX. He believes that some of his policies have tarnished the brand a little bit, such as banning journalists from following him on Twitter and Instagram. "This gives him a way to quit and, you know, call it democracy," Sutter adds.
